When I get the feeling a panick attack is about to happen, I stick one ;ill under my tounge and within minutes I feel completely calm and no longer anxious. I also use the medication if I drank too much wine the night before (too much sugar), I take one pill and the anxiety is gone.

Hello my name is Kirsty Blake,
I thought I was the only one with this disorder or whatever it is? I have had this for my whole life so far 17years 7months. It usually only happens three times a year But recently when I wake up from an episode and I can move again, I can still see things!
It mainly happens when im alone. I have found It works better if im scared or just really tired. It starts of as me getting into bed I haven’t fallen asleep yet but all of a sudden I get really tired like im going to faint then right after that I cant move at all accept for my eyes and I can see things and shapes like shadows. So far I have seen children, old woman, shadows of tall figures, and demon type things.
The scariest episode was then I was at my boyfriends house it was around 3:30am and I had awoke for no reason but when I went to move I was completely paralysed from the waist up accept for my eyes and right hand. I tried to tell my boy friend Shaun but I couldn’t talk! As I was lying there trying to gain movement back I felt as if there was a presence in the room and not just on the other side of the room but as if it was breathing over me! ;S it really scared me thought I was going to get possessed or die.
To make things worse a black & white figure climbed over the bed and started playing with my tongue and my right hand like moving it in and out of my mouth wile my right hand moved and twitched violently whilst doing this the figure was talking I don’t know what it was saying.
After like 10minutes I could move again and I started cry in hysterics It woke my boyfriend and he was in shock asking me what’s the matter! So I told him. Luckily he didn’t think I was psycho.
After that I went to the toilet to wash my face ect but on my way there I looked down the hall way and the same figure stood then staring at me then she disappeared. This was my last straw I was so scared I looked everywhere one the net for answers it turns out im not the only one after all. J
Iv clicked on that 5day course thing …hopefully that will help me and not just ster whatever it is up!? ??
