About Me
Edward Rush was born and raised in South Yorkshire, England
He lives with his long time girlfriend Amanda and his daughter Corrina in the village of Swinton also in South Yorkshire.
As a sufferer with sleep paralysis since his early teens, he decided to write a book on the subject entitled ‘The Sleep Invaders‘ detailing his experiences and the methods he used to deal with the often frightening and disturbing symptoms.
Although finding his episodes terrifying, he maintains that the whole experience has been an ultimately positive one and has been instrumental in shaping his personality.
After reading lots of long winded academic books on the subject he feels there was a need to simplify the information and write a short book from the perspective of a sufferer in the hope that other sufferers can relate more easily to the subject matter and gain a better understanding of this strange phenomenon.
