Just thought I’d share with you a video representation of what it is like to go through an episode of Sleep Paralysis.

I made this video a while ago by editing parts of a channel 4 documentary called “The Entity”.

Some people have said that this video is too dramatic – well I disagree. As a sufferer since the age of 13 I think it captures the fear of an episode exactly.

Watch and make up your own mind, oh and . . . don’t have nightmares!!
